I spent 19 years’ working in what is now Tusla Child and Family Agency. I worked as a social care worker / leader / manager in children’s residential care homes. While training I gained a further 5 years experience working in the private sector as a Residential Services Manager and Head of Services where I set up and supported children’s residential care homes and aftercare homes for vulnerable children and adults.

I am very grateful to have gained a wealth of experience working with the breath of social and emotional issues; from addiction, bereavement & loss, abuse, neglect, relationship breakdown, shared care, blended families, loneliness, anxiety and feelings of overwhelm, anger, fear, frustration and exhaustion to name but a few!
