As a Counsellor & Psychotherapist I can help you to make sense of your feelings, reduce your anxiety and overwhelm or make positive changes in your life or relationships.  Together we create a safe space for you to explore your life experiences and heal from trauma and distress.  Do you need support navigating a transition either a beginning or an ending?  Do you suffer from intrusive memories, thoughts or a feeling of anxiety that has become too much to bare?   

As a Social Care Worker I can help with the behavior’s your child is engaging in? Has your once calm and loving child become angry, scared or distant? Do you have a child with additional needs and need help?

Children with or without additional needs can challenge us with how they behave sometimes. How are we supposed to know what to do when our child(ren) behave in ways that make no sense to us or which we have no experience of.

I can help you and your co-parent(s) to devise, agree or implement a plan that will make everyone in your house happier and calmer. I work directly with parent(s) either in my office, on line or in their home to figure out what is causing the difficulties and put a plan in place that will ease everyone’s distress / anxiety / fear.
